Program description. Qual-Tech Air Conditioning & Heating may send SMS and RCS text messages to customers who have agreed to receive them. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival or job-status updates, service notifications, estimates, invoices, payment-related notifications, and other communications related to services you have requested from Qual-Tech.
How you opt in. You may agree to receive text messages verbally when scheduling or discussing service with our team by phone or in person. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or let our office know.

Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
