The Qual-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating story began when John Sanchez joined the home service industry in California in 1978. The family relocated to Arizona in 2004, and Qual-Tech was born in Surprise, AZ in 2008. Since that time, we’ve been working hard to provide quality air conditioning and heating services to families all over the Surprise, AZ and West Valley areas.

Ritchie, a dedicated air conditioning professional, specializes in providing tailored heating and cooling solutions. He takes pride in offering options that meet customers’ needs and budgets. Outside work, Ritchie cherishes time with his wife and three children. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys fishing and camping. Ritchie also pursues his passion for automotive projects in his spare time.
Pete, a seasoned HVAC professional with Qual Tech Air Conditioning for four years, excels in tackling AC challenges and finding solutions for customers in need. His passion for HVAC work is evident in his problem-solving approach. Beyond his expertise in air conditioning, Pete values family time with his wife and two young sons. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping, as well as participating in sports like slow-pitch softball.
Christian, one of our owners, is an experienced professional in the air conditioning industry, with over 20 years under his belt. He has a passion for difficult troubleshooting and customer service. He has a wife and three young children. He enjoys racing his supercharged 2014 Camaro, and spending time in the great outdoors.
