 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Filed claim with insurance and was called by Qual-Tech the next morning and they scheduled me for that afternoon. Richie was here last week and diagnosed my AC unit with a bad board. This week he returned with a new board and installed it and after running some tests he diagnosed the system low on coolant. Its an old system, so its definitely time for an upgrade.They took care of the issues, and within a few minutes after install and diagnosis I was contacted by another company to schedule to top off my system. Service and workmanship was great and very prompt about timing and completing the job. Highly recommend Qual-Tech.

From the very beginning, they were honest, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving the problem rather than just trying to sell me something. It’s refreshing to deal with a great family-owned business that takes pride in their work and treats their customers like people, not dollar signs.

We were having issues with the airflow and temperature balance throughout the house. Qual-Tech came in, evaluated everything, added the necessary dampers, and reworked the airflow to get everything balanced properly. The difference has been incredible.

While they were working, they also discovered an old duct run from a previous swamp cooler that had simply been taped off and shoved into the insulation instead of being properly removed. They took the time to identify it and address the issue rather than overlooking it.

What really stood out to me was their honesty and attention to detail. They could have easily done the minimum and moved on, but instead they took the time to find the underlying issues and make sure the system was operating the way it should.

If you’re looking for an HVAC company that is honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and actually cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Qual-Tech Air Conditioning & Heating.
