From the very beginning, they were honest, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving the problem rather than just trying to sell me something. We were having issues with the airflow and temperature balance throughout the house. Qual-Tech came in, evaluated everything, added the necessary dampers, and reworked the airflow to get everything balanced properly. The difference has been incredible.
